These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of B2B.ID, including saas.b2b.id. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using B2B.ID, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and be authorised to represent the business on your B2B ID. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Your B2B ID
You are responsible for everything you publish on your B2B ID. You may publish proof — such as customer names, testimonials, case studies, results and external evidence — only where you are entitled to do so. You must not misrepresent what your business does, who it serves or what it has achieved.
Acceptable use
You agree to use B2B.ID in good faith. Misrepresentation, spam, harassment, scraping, and misuse of structured requests are prohibited and may result in removal of your B2B ID or account.
Structured requests & dealings between businesses
B2B.ID lets businesses find each other and send structured requests — for a meeting, a quote, an introduction or a partnership. Any agreement, price, partnership term or engagement that follows is arranged directly between the businesses involved. B2B.ID is not a party to those agreements and does not guarantee any response, outcome or result.
Content & intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you publish but grant B2B.ID a licence to display and distribute it as needed to operate the platform, including making your B2B ID discoverable and recommendable. You may not use B2B.ID branding without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
B2B.ID is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee specific customers, partners, recommendations or revenue, and we do not independently verify every statement on every B2B ID. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from dealings between businesses.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, USA.
