Real businesses. Supported proof. Structured requests.
B2B.ID only works if what a B2B ID states is true and every conversation starts with context. Here is how the platform is built to keep it that way — and what it does not promise.
A B2B ID stands for a real company and what it can support.
One identity per business
A B2B ID represents a real company: what it does, the problem it solves, who it is for, its proof and what it is looking for. It is created and controlled by that company.
Verification where available
B2B.ID supports verification of aspects of a B2B ID where it can. Verification helps businesses trust what a B2B ID states; it does not guarantee outcomes.
Proof you are entitled to publish
Named customers, testimonials, case studies, results and external evidence belong on a B2B ID only when the company has permission to share them.
Misrepresentation can be removed
B2B IDs that misstate customers, results or evidence, or that misuse requests, can be removed. Any business can report a B2B ID or a request.
No cold inbox. Every request carries a B2B ID.
Structured requests replace open messaging. They are the only way one business contacts another on B2B.ID.
No unrestricted inbox
Businesses contact each other only through structured requests — Request Meeting, Request Quote, Request Introduction, Request Partnership — each carrying the sender's B2B ID and reason for fit.
You accept or decline
Every request is a decision for the receiving business. Nothing is auto-accepted, and declining carries no penalty.
Context before contact
Because a request arrives with a B2B ID attached, you can see who is asking, what they do and why they think it fits before you spend a minute on it.
We both serve B2B SaaS support teams of 5–50. A ticket-to-account sync would remove double entry for shared customers. Open to scoping an integration and a joint launch.
Your data is not sold
Your B2B ID and activity are used to operate the platform — discovery, recommendations, requests. They are not sold to third parties or fed to ad networks.
You control what is published
You decide what appears on your B2B ID, what you state you are looking for, and which requests you accept. You can update or remove your B2B ID.
Standard protections
Data is encrypted in transit and access to accounts is authenticated. Details of collection, use, retention and your rights are in the privacy policy.
What B2B.ID does not promise
- — A number of customers, meetings, partners or deals. Discovery, recommendations and opportunities depend on fit, proof and responsiveness.
- — That every claim on every B2B ID has been independently verified. Verification is supported where available; misrepresentation can be reported and removed.
- — Certifications or attestations we do not hold. If a specific certification matters to your procurement, ask us at contact@b2b.id before relying on it.
- — To be a party to any agreement between businesses. Terms, prices and partnership conditions are agreed directly between the companies involved.
